Our Muay Thai camp covers every level. From beginners to pros, each program is built to push your skills with real experience, focus, and care.
New to Muay Thai? We’ll teach you the basics step by step. Stance, movement, and simple combos. No experience needed. Just show up and start learning.
Sharpen your skills, improve timing, and push your limits. Perfect for those with experience who want to level up with strategic pad work, sparring, and drills.
We can organize matches at top stadiums like International Stadium, Phetchbuncha and Rajadamnern, support your weight cut and be in your corner.
Fun, safe, and active sessions for kids aged 6+. We build confidence, discipline, and fitness through playful Muay Thai routines.
Recover faster and come back stronger. Our ice baths help reduce soreness, speed up recovery, and keep you ready for the next session.
Stay fueled in the heat. We have cold water and hydration drinks ready in our fridge, so you don’t have to carry anything. Train hard without burning out.
Train with quality gear. Gloves, Wraps, and Shin Guards are available in the gym. All equipment is cleaned, disinfected, and air dried after every session.
Take a piece of the gym with you. We’ve got T-shirts and Muay Thai shorts here at the gym, fierce designs and ready to wear. Just show up and get what you need.
We offer airport pickups, accommodation near the gym and motorbike rental, so everything is taken care of. No planning stress. Just focus on your training and enjoy your time here. We handle everything so you don’t have to think about logistics, transport, or where to stay. Everything is set up to keep your routine simple and your mind clear.

Our trainers each bring their own Muay Thai style. From knock-out heavy Muay Mat to technical Muay Femur, and relentless Muay Khao (knee fighting). We cover all weight classes and goals. All trainers speak English, and Trainer JAY also speaks fluent German, so you’re always understood.

Muay Thai in Thailand isn’t your normal workout. It’s longer, harder, and more demanding on your body than anything you’re used to.
